Trainee apprentices wanted

What we want!
We are currently looking for trainee apprentices to join our brigade at the Wollaton in Nottingham. The restaurant serves Great British influenced food made from the freshest and highest quality ingredients sourced locally & regionally, our daily changing menu's run seasonally. The ideal candidate will be well motivated and have a genuine passion for food and quality. You will be able to work in a busy environment and thrive under pressure. All successful candidates will have full on the job training in conjunction with N C N college to obtain the N V Q 1 & 2 qualification.

In return we offer you meals on duty, 28 days holiday, and a chance to develop your career within a chain of four award winning, Nottingham based gastro pubs. There are opportunities for placement training and chef whites are provided & laundered. The ideal candidate will be well motivated and have a genuine passion for food and quality. You will be able to work in a busy environment and thrive under pressure.
